Teaching and Learning Transformation Center workshop for instructors:
Transparency in Learning and Teaching (TILT) is a framework for making the learning process transparent to students by offering insights into the reasons behind course content engagement. Grounded in research by Mary-Ann Winkelmes and her team (Winkelmes et al., 2016), TILT strategies can enhance learning outcomes and cultivate a supportive environment for student retention and belonging. In this session, you will explore TILT strategies to implement in your teaching and course design.
