Teaching and Learning Transformation Center workshop for graduate students in teaching positions:
How do you navigate your own wellness and mental health while also supporting your students? In this session, we will discuss resources and tips for supporting students who may be going through something while still understanding your own limitations and needs as a graduate student or postdoc who is in a teaching or TA position. This session is co-facilitated by the Teaching and Learning Transformation Center (TLTC) and the Graduate School Academic Counselor. Lunch will be provided.
