Enhancing Teaching through Peer Observation

Teaching and Learning Transformation Center workshop for instructors:

This workshop will focus on best practices for conducting peer classroom observations, delivering constructive feedback, and determining next steps after receiving feedback. You'll learn how to provide actionable, balanced feedback during observations and identify key areas for improvement. The session will also cover strategies for effectively responding to feedback, including self-reflection, action planning, and understanding when to seek additional support from the Teaching and Learning Transformation Center (TLTC). By the end of the workshop, you'll be equipped with tools and resources to make peer observations a valuable part of your professional growth.
