You are working on hard problems to positively impact the world - from improving outcomes for youth to reducing gang violence to improving access to clean water for your local community. You know you have a real solution to a real problem, but how do you identify if and who might be willing to pay? How can this good work be sustained?
In this session, we will explore basic principles of customer discovery, and learn how to ask good questions to understand your various stakeholders and potential payers. This is especially challenging for innovators positively changing the world--who's going to say that's a bad idea? The session will review approaches you can use in your regular stakeholder interactions to start to reveal a sustainable pathway to impact.
We will leave ample room for Q&A, so please come with your questions.
