Mind Over Mat(ter) Yoga - Mental Health Awareness Week

The ancient practice of yoga, with various origins and evolutions, focuses on creating harmony between the mind and body. This yoga class is designed for all levels from beginner to advanced. Whether this is your first class, or you are experienced yogi, join RecWell instructors as they guide the group through poses that focus on reconnecting your breath and movement to your body and in doing so, empower yourself through a healing practice. Advance registration is strongly recommended. Participants should bring a towel (beach towel) or yoga mat. A limited number of mats will be available as needed.
