Difficult Dialogues

How do you handle difficult, sensitive, or controversial subjects when they come up in class? Come to this session to learn how to manage "hot topic" classroom conversations. This session will be useful for instructors who are planning to include sensitive course content, acknowledge current events, and/or respond to unplanned student comments.
