Laura Neuman is a trailblazing entrepreneur and executive leader whose journey from adversity to influence has inspired audiences nationwide. She has led and transformed organizations across sectors, from turning around the venture-backed technology company Matrics—raising $17M in capital and helping drive its $230M acquisition by Symbol Technologies—to managing a $1.3 billion government budget and delivering major operational and financial reforms in public office. Her career spans startup leadership, C-suite roles, and government transformation, all driven by a relentless focus on impact, innovation, and building high-performance teams.
