What is Intellectual Property?

This seminar will cover the basics for each of the intellectual property rights: patents, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets, each of which will be covered in more depth in workshops scheduled for upcoming months. This is an entertaining survey of these rights, including famous/recent cases in the Supreme Court.
