Wellness Course: Imposter Syndrome Session I

The session will focus on outline the different types of imposter syndromes causes and factors which worsen imposter syndrome. This session is ideal for graduate students who struggle with imposter syndrome which is characterized by a pattern where individuals doubt their accomplishments and/or have a persistent fear of being exposed as a fraud, despite evidence of their competence such as being admitted into graduate school. The first session will help prepare graduate student for the second session. The session will be in-person in Lee 2124 and food will be provided. If you need any accommodations and/or have any questions or concerns, please email gs-counselor@umd.edu.
