We will gather outside at the Garden of Reflection and Remembrance at the Memorial Chapel for a guided meditation, mindful labyrinth journey, and free lunch. This is a wonderful opportunity to explore meditation and mindfulness, and be in community with your fellow Terps. Undergraduate students, graduate students, faculty, and staff are all welcome!
This series will run from 12pm-1pm on Mondays starting March 24, 2025 through May 12, 2025.
