Mindfulness In Practice

Light blue background with clouds. Green text reads "THE EVIDENCE-BASED PATH TO WELL-BEING". Black text reads "A silent, immersive experience for students new to meditation or continuing their journey. This is a welcoming space to unwind, slow down, and reconnect." There is a cartoon drawing for a person wearing a hoodie meditation next to a white dog with black spots. 4 small circles read "less self-judgement," "less stress," "better sleep," and "more mindful."

Need some time to recharge? Mindfulness in Practice is a silent, immersive experience for students new to mindfulness or continuing their journey. This is a welcoming space to unwind, slow down, and reconnect. Through guided meditation and mindfulness exercises, students will have a chance to discover simple yet effective ways to settle the mind, improve focus, and increase awareness of their thoughts and feelings. Whether you’re a newcomer or a returning student, this is a great way to take a break from the usual and focus on feeling more grounded and refreshed.

Dinner will be provided from 5-6pm for those who RSVP to attend by October 8, 2025. Others are welcome to attend but will be responsible for their own dinner (unless there is extra food after those who RSVPed have eaten.)
