Empower yourself to support your community! Attend a Mental Health First Aid training to learn how to recognize the signs and symptoms of a mental health challenge, and gain the skills to reach out and provide initial support to someone who may be struggling. This two-part training includes a self-paced introduction and a live, instructor-led training. Participants must complete both portions in order to receive their certificate.
