Mental Health First Aid is an evidence-based training that teaches the average person how to recognize, understand, and respond to signs of a mental health challenge. The training provides you with the opportunity to learn more about mental health and strengthen your skills so that you can reach out and provide initial support to someone who may be in a crisis. The training is broken into two parts: a 2-hour self-paced segment, and a 7-hour live, instructor-led segment. Registration is required.
