The Holiday Season is difficult for many students! Come explore self-care methods, grab some free swag, and learn various coping mechanisms. This workshop will examine why holidays can be/are triggering for many people. Light refreshments will be provided on a first-come first served basis.

Date & Time: November 16th 12 - 1 pm

Location: MICA's Cozy Corner
