Explore meditation, mindfulness and grounding practices with staff from the University Health Center. Whether you are new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, these sessions provide space for you to pause and connect with yourself while discovering the many benefits of meditation and mindfulness. These are free drop-in sessions, and you may attend as frequently as you like.
No prior meditation experience is necessary!
