The Wellness Series: Surviving Difficult Emotions

Sometimes our emotions are so intense, it feels like they will never end. This session provides strategies to help understand our emotions and to cope with the associated discomfort and distress.

  • Wednesday, September 24 from 4:00–5:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, October 29 from 4:00–5:00 p.m.

Advanced registration is not required. Please know that this is a skill-building session and is not a confidential therapy space.
