In a world full of distractions, it’s easy to lose focus. This session will provide helpful strategies to improve concentration and let go of distractions.

  • Wednesday, October 1 from 4:00–5:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, December 3 from 4:00–5:00 p.m.

Advanced registration is not required. Please know that this is a skill-building session and is not a confidential therapy space.
