The Wellness Series: Coping with Stress

Stress is a normal part of life. It has a bad reputation but it’s not always a bad thing. Join us to learn about the different types of stress, common reactions to stress, and best practices for coping with various stressors.

  • Thursday, September 25 from 4:00–5:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, October 30 from 4:00–5:00 p.m.

Advanced registration is not required. Please know that this is a skill-building session and is not a confidential therapy space.
