The Wellness Series: Dealing with Disappointment

This session will help you manage life's frustrations and bounce back from disappointment when things don't go the way you want or expect. Coping skills like mindfulness, gratitude, and growth mindset will help you come to term with these feelings and find your "grit" to move forward.

  • Thursday, October 16 from 4:00–5:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, November 13 from 4:00–5:00 p.m.

Advanced registration is not required. Please know that this is a skill-building session and is not a confidential therapy space.
