This event from the CARE Office provides community members with an opportunity to confront the issue of power-based violence by creating and displaying their own messages on a shirt during Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Participants can drop by Hornbake Plaza on October 12th from 10am-3pm and create a physical shirt or hang up a shirt they already created on the clothesline. There is also an option to print a shirt or submit a digital shirt to go.umd.edu/clotheslineprojectsubmission.
