Need some time to recharge? Mindfulness in Practice is a silent, immersive experience for students new to mindfulness or continuing their journey. This is a welcoming space to unwind, slow down, and reconnect. Through guided meditation and mindfulness exercises, students will have a chance to discover simple yet effective ways to settle the mind, improve focus, and increase awareness of their thoughts and feelings. Whether you’re a newcomer or a returning student, this is a great way to take a break from the usual and focus on feeling more grounded and refreshed. Lunch will be provided.
