If you mail or hand deliver your request for a mail-in ballot, your form must be in the office before the deadline, November 1, 2024. If you have a Maryland’s driver’s license or MVA-issued ID card you can request a mail-in ballot online. You can also fill out the mail-in ballot application form from the Maryland Board of Elections website and return it to your local board of elections by mail, fax, or email. Sign up for the permanent mail-in ballot list so you do not need to submit a request for each election!
