What are my intellectual property rights?

Intellectual property rights are the rights given to persons over the creations of their minds, and usually give the creator an exclusive right over the use of their creation for a certain period of time. Join us for a disunion about your ownership of research, publications, inventions and data.

Your questions will be answered by Felicia Metz, Esq, of UM Ventures, a joint initiative of the University of Maryland, Baltimore and the University of Maryland, College Park to commercialize technologies and expand industry collaboration.
