Feeling overwhelmed with classes, the upcoming breaks, or life in general? Take a breather and join the Office of Civil Rights and Sexual Misconduct for a yoga, meditation, and grounding event. Learn beginner yoga poses, breathing techniques, and stress management tips that you can easily incorporate into your daily routine. Snacks and de-stress items will be provided while supplies last.
