This spring, the STAMP Gallery at the University of Maryland, College Park, presents Then, Now, and Tomorrow, an exhibition of artwork acquired this year by the University’s Contemporary Art Purchasing Program (CAPP).

This year's conference explores the theme of “Identity, Belonging, and Postcolonial Politics: Reflections and Futures” with a series of roundtable sessions featuring scholars from UMD and around the DMV on a range of pressing topics impacting Africa.

Students gather outdoors on McKeldin Mall viewing T-shirts displayed on clotheslines as part of The Clothesline Project, a visual awareness initiative addressing gender-based violence. The scene shows a campus community engaging with survivor stories and messages written on shirts. Event details: April 1st, 10 AM–2 PM. Hosted by CARE to Stop Violence at the University Health Center.
