Take a break from studying to enjoy coffee and donuts, and join in our discussion on navigating sociocultural changes and challenges by building resilience as individuals and communities. We’ll consider how to recognize and rely on our personal and communal strengths and resources to sustain ourselves through change, and find support, connection, and hope. Bring your perspectives and questions, and pick up self-care giveaways!
