Wind Down for the Weekend Meditation
Let us continue to join together to find ways to care for and nourish ourselves. Join together with fellow staff and faculty on Friday afternoons to wind down from the work week and transition to the weekend. Sessions will explore breathing practices and various meditation styles, along with time for guided reflection.
