In a world full of distractions, it's easy to lose focus. This workshop will provide helpful strategies to improve concentration and let go of distractions.

Advanced registration is not required.

Please know that this is a skill-building workshop and is not a therapy space or confidential. The workshops will close to new participants 15 minutes after the start of the workshop.
