The Center for International Development and Conflict Management (CIDCM) invites you to the annual Wilkenfeld Distinguished Lecture Series, held in honor of Jonathan Wilkenfeld. This year, we are excited to feature Professor Brett Ashley Leeds from Rice University, who will present her research on Withdrawal Bargains and Civil War Intervention.
