The Wellness Series: Mastering Mindfulness

Practicing mindfulness can help you manage your emotions, accept your reality, and stay grounded. Learn techniques to build your mindfulness skills and practice with brief mindful meditations.

  • Tuesday, October 21 from 4:00–5:00 p.m.

Advanced registration is not required. Please know that this is a skill-building session and is not a confidential therapy space.
