Join the Department of Art History and Archaeology and First Year Book for a Q&A with artist Nekisha Durrett entitled “On Monuments.” Durrett will discuss her recent commissions to design new monuments and her work to illuminate individual and collective histories of Black life and imagination, addressing her own younger self and the stories she wished she had learned. Durrett's work ties into First Year Book "Smashing Statues."
