In this bold retelling of Shakespeare’s masterpiece set in a post-apocalyptic world where fantasy and the unknown reign supreme, Macbeth and Lady M will stop at nothing to fulfill a prophecy and ascend to power, but the consequences of their ambition threaten everything.
Assistant Professor Fatima Quander (director of previous TDPS productions The Book Club Play, A Bicycle Country, and co-director of for colored girls who have considered suicide / when the rainbow is enuf) directs this eloquent and ever-timely tragedy.
All performances will have open integrated captioning.
