This panel highlights the value of diverse perspectives in shaping the academic journey and offers practical guidance on articulating global readiness as a transferable skill set. Panelists include alumni, study abroad returnees, and industry experts who will share insights from their academic and professional experiences. Participants will gain strategies to effectively communicate their global competencies in academic, professional, and career settings.
The International Terp Career Development program is designed for international students and early-career scholars, providing them with the skills and resources needed to succeed in their professional journeys. This initiative is a collaboration among various university units, including the International Student & Scholar Services Office, Engineering Career Services, The Graduate School, the University Career Center, and the Smith Career Services.
