Guided Visualization Meditation Sessions
Join us as we journey from evergreen forests, to moonlit oceans, to galaxies far, far away - all without leaving the comfort of our own seats. While practicing simple breath work, participants will be guided through peaceful and relaxing imagery to soothe the senses and calm the mind.
