Join the Student Alumni Leadership Council (SALC) and the University of Maryland Alumni Association for a First Generation Terps Panel! This special evening brings forward the voices of fearless first generation Terp alums through a moderated discussion led by a first generation student. Our speakers will share their stories, challenges and successes as they navigated their college experiences and transitioned into their professional careers.

The panel will conclude with a networking reception, including light hors d'oeuvres, refreshments and desserts. This event is open to the entire UMD community, whether you are a first generation student or alum or eager to connect with the broader Terp community!
