Meet the Speaker: Eva Dixon

Eva Dixon is a retired product development leader with more than 25 years of experience building global teams, solving complex challenges, and delivering industry-leading products. She began her career developing early technologies for medical devices at a Baltimore startup before managing product design teams for DEWALT cordless power tools. Her success in these roles led her to Apple, where she established a new group within Manufacturing Design. During her 12 years at Apple, Eva built and scaled technical and business teams, helping develop talent, and influencing products across all of Apple’s lines of business. While bringing world-class products to life has always been her passion, Eva is especially known for connecting organizations, transforming team culture, and advocating for others both inside and outside the workplace. In 2024, she retired from Apple and returned home, where she now dedicates her time to mentoring others, inspiring future leaders and giving back to her community.
