AIM's Spring 2027 Distinguished Lecture features Dr. Timnit Gebru, Founder and Executive Director of the Distributed Artificial Intelligence Research (DAIR) Institute, with a book talk on Deep Unlearning: The Rise of AI and the Radicalization of a Tech Idealist (Atria/One Signal, February 2027), part memoir and part manifesto on how the ideologies driving the tech industry made its harms a choice.
