Dec 2 Advancing PTK Women in Leadership

The event will feature a panel discussion with women in leadership roles across campus, a networking lunch, and a keynote address by Professor Colleen Worthington, Clinical Professor and Director of Clinical Education in Speech-Language Pathology in the Department of Hearing and Speech Sciences and the first ADVANCE Professor for PTK Faculty. Professor Worthington has been a long-time advocate for PTK faculty and supporter of PTK women in leadership roles. As she prepares to retire, she will discuss in her keynote reflections on her career at UMD and insights on where more work is needed to advance PTK women in leadership roles.
