On Saturday, April 27, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. the University of Maryland Police Department (UMPD) in partnership the Drug Enforcement Administration will host the DEA’s National Prescription Drug Take Back Day at the Pocomoke Building (7569 Baltimore Avenue, College Park, Maryland 20742).

We will collect tablets, capsules, patches, and other solid forms of prescription drugs. Collection sites will not accept syringes, sharps, and illicit drugs. Liquid products, such as cough syrup, should remain sealed in their original container. The cap must be tightly sealed to prevent leakage.

This service is free and anonymous.

If you will not be in College Park on this day, please visit www.DEATakeBack.com to find a collection site near you.
