Love it or hate it, the ‘Attention Economy’ is here to stay — that limited resource that individuals, institutions, and companies vie for. If you win, the rewards are abundant. If you fail, you get lost in a sea of irrelevance. No pressure!

Just when you thought being a credible, evidence-based expert in your field was enough, you must now create a branded persona and compellingly tell your story across diverse audiences. The only issue is that you have a tiny marketing budget and a grant proposal due Tuesday.

This session will explore why personal and professional branding can support your change-making agenda. We will delve into specific examples of the power of storytelling to catalyze brand awareness, partnerships, and funding. The faster you can nail the concept, get to the why of what you do, what challenges you solve, and why people should care, the closer you are to enjoying what success looks like for you and your project. Join us in a spirited session filled with strategies and tactics you can leverage to tell your own story to relevant audiences wherever you are in your storytelling journey.
