This workshop will help you manage life's frustrations and bounce back from disappointment when things don't go the way you want or expect. Coping skills like mindfulness, gratitude, and growth mindset will help you come to term with these feelings and find your "grit" to move forward.
Advanced registration is not required. Please know that this is a skill-building workshop and is not a therapy space or confidential.
