Using Gradescope Bubble Sheets: An Alternative to Scantron

DESCRIPTION:
Join this session to learn about Bubble Sheets in Gradescope, an alternative to Scantron provided to instructors by UMD’s Division of IT. Gradescope’s Bubble Sheets give instructors a way to create digital multiple-choice answer keys, quickly digitize and upload students’ completed paper bubble sheets, and automatically grade them. By the end of the session, participants will be able to :
1. Create an assignment in Gradescope using bubble sheets
2. Print and scan bubble sheet response sheets
3. View reports of student performance in Gradescope
4. Export results as a CSV or Excel file
5. Transfer results to an ELMS-Canvas course
