Please join J. Greg Tinch, Principal of the Tinch Law Firm, to learn about the basics of intellectual property assets that every business relies upon, and practical considerations for protecting them. Mr. Tinch will discuss patents, trademarks, and copyrights, what protections they offer, when it makes sense to seek such protections, and how to go about it.

Presenter: J. Greg Tinch, Founder and Principal, Tinch Law Firm, P.C. Mr. Tinch holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Ohio State University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maryland School of Law. Greg has a wealth of legal training and experience ranging from federal legislation and policy to civil trials to patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets.
