Henson Day
In honor of Jim Henson, a proud alumnus of the University of Maryland, who was born on this day, take part in the annual celebration of Jim's life and legacy by doing any or all of the following:
- Spend time doing something artistic or creative by yourself or with friends
- Wear something green, wacky or an outfit inspired by a Henson creation
- Take a picture or video with your friends at the Jim Henson and Kermit bench outside of Stamp; use #HappyHensonDay
- Do something positive/kind/nice and help make the world a little bit better
- And, please take a moment to pass along your own positive vibes to encourage, inspire, and uplift anyone you know who would appreciate learning about and participating in Henson Day
