As UMD celebrates APIDA Heritage Month in April, the AAST298G: Asian American Foodways class will be hosting a student-led and organized cooking demo featuring SPAM musubi at the Campus Pantry on April 25. Through this event, we hope to highlight and celebrate Asian ingredients while simultaneously supporting food-insecure UMD community members with a food drive.
